Returns are accepted within 15 days of receipt.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
The item must be returned in the original condition and packaging, including all parts, accessories, and instructions. Please hold on to all packaging, instruction manuals, etc. until you are sure that you are happy with the products you have purchased.

Upon receipt of your order, if you are not completely satisfied, please contact customer service within 15 days of receiving your order to initiate the return for a refund. Once the return is accepted, a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA) number will be issued.
Ship product to the return address provided within 10 days of receiving your RMA with the RMA number notated on the outside of the returning package. Product returned without the RMA number on outside of returning package, or past the 10 days deadline, will not be accepted for refund or exchange.

Your original payment method will be credited for transaction total of the returned items once your return is received, processed, and confirmed compliant.
If using a prepaid gift card such as Visa or Mastercard, please retain to ensure proper credit.
